Ostatn\u00ed pen\u00edze mus\u00edte m\u00edt vlastn\u00ed.  Splatnost:  Rekonstrukce \u2013 10 let. Koup\u011b nebo stavba \u2013 20 let.  \u00darokov\u00e1 sazba?  Ta je velice p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1. Na \u00fav\u011br je pouze 1% \u00farokov\u00e1 sazba.  Kdy podat \u017e\u00e1dost?   Nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed je v\u017edy na za\u010d\u00e1tku roku. A\u017e se \u010d\u00e1stka vy\u010derp\u00e1, pak se ukon\u010d\u00ed schvalov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed.
